Returns
All items that are purchased from the Outlet Section or that were purchased for 50% off MSRP, or more, are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
All customizations (Virus ID) are FINAL SALE. Edits cannot be made once order is placed.
If you are unsatisfied with a full priced item that you have purchased, you may return the unworn item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days after the order has been placed, through our returns portal below.
We offer free returns on all eligible items. Items that are not eligible are those purchased from the Outlet section, purchased for 50% off or more, or are outside of the 30 days from placing the order.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for the following: International orders, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and any non-domestic US territories.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed once our fulfillment center receives the items. We suggest keeping your tracking number so you know when we receive the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
- Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit to our fulfillment center.
- Within 14 days of obtaining the return label, drop off the package to the nearest carrier or schedule a pickup OR you may drop off your package at one of our Return Bars.
- Once the package has been processed, we will send you an email notification containing the refund receipt or store credit code.
If you are unsatisfied with a regular priced item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 45 days after the order has been placed, through our return portal.
