If you are unsatisfied with a regular priced item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving the order through our return portal.
We offer free returns of all items except those marked at 50% off or more within 30 days of receiving the order. Prepaid return labels for returns are not provided for the following: International Orders, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and any non-domestic US territories.
**EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**: We are offering free returns of all items except those marked at 50% off or more within 45 days of the order date until Christmas day. Regular return window of 30 days resumes after 12/25. If you received an item as a gift, we can process either an exchange for a different size of the SAME item, or a return for store credit. If you would like to exchange for a different color or a different item, we suggest returning the item(s) for a store credit.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns & exchanges to be processed once our fulfillment center receives them. We suggest keeping your tracking number so you know when we receive the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
- Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
- Once our fulfillment center has completely processed the return (within 5-7 business days), we will send you an email notification containing the refund receipt, store credit code, or order number for the exchange.
