    Quality Control and Durability

    Virus has been my go to powerlifting tights for over a decade. I used to consider them high quality. They may have lost me as a customer. Got a pair of these in the blk/gld colourway as a gift for Christmas 2025. In less than 3 months of use, the seam along the front-thigh split. I use these indoors, I wash cold/delicate, only hang-dry; and I will wear 2 or 3x before I wash (I wear short jocks underneath, nothing over the top, while lifting). Reference : 5'6"

    When I contacted them, all they offered was a 25% discount. They referenced "[barbell abrasion]" - the only barbell abrasion in this area would be deadlifts (I don't S/C&J). You're telling me a compression pant designed for activity that specifically references "construction dominates abrasive environments" can't handle 1 or 2 deadlift sessions a week?

    I may try this brand 1 more time, maybe size up to Mediums. But when combined with another pair of compression pants that are about 1 year old, that have also split along seams, I am starting to doubt this brand. $90 is a lot for tights that won't last 30 sessions.

    Otherwise, style/comfort are good, compression is good. I'm open to being corrected - and just being unlucky. But the quality on these seems to have been lost.
