I am dealing with cycling kit sizing that is very tight. A normal size is like a drop size and you are not suppose to size up.

These are 30% lycra which probably the reason they an be sized really tight without restricting movement; these would certanly work for any lifting movements also. hese allow movement in any direction, not going to stop you.
